Terms of Sale
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding. Snakes will be properly sexed. If not satisfied we will gladly replace any animal if notified within 48 hours after arrival. All freight charges for replacement will be paid for by the buyer.
Shipments are sent Delta Dash from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). Animals will be insured for full value by the carrier. In order for the insurance to be effective, the receiver must confirm live arrival at the air cargo counter at the time of pickup, and any problems reported at that time to the air cargo agent.
In order to reserve animals in short supply, a 25% deposit may be accepted up to one year in advance. Deposits are fully refundable at any time should the buyer change his mind for any reason. As offspring become available, deposited orders will be filled first, followed by non-deposited orders.
All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal, money order, bank check, or wire transfer.
